Privacy Policy

The short version: Prokrino does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no servers operated by us. Your decisions stay on your device.

Who we are

Prokrino is a decision-analysis application for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, developed by Afterwork Studio. Questions about this policy: studio@afterworkstudio.gr

Data we collect

None. Prokrino requires no account and asks for no personal information. The app contains no analytics or advertising frameworks and never communicates with us. We operate no servers, so nothing you enter in Prokrino ever reaches us.

Where your decisions live

Everything you create in Prokrino — decisions, criteria, judgments, notes, journal entries, group sessions — is stored locally on your device, inside the app's own storage area. The current version does not upload your data anywhere.

If a future version adds optional iCloud sync, it will use only your private iCloud database, it will be off by default, and this policy will be updated before that feature ships.

Files you export or share

PDF reports, CSV and JSON exports, decision documents (.prokrino) and group questionnaire files are created only when you ask for them, and go only where you choose to save or send them — using Apple's standard share and save mechanisms. Prokrino never sends anything anywhere on its own.

Group decision responses travel as files directly between participants and never pass through any server of ours.

Purchases

The one-time Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy at www.apple.com/legal/privacy

Permissions

Prokrino requests no access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive system capability.

Children

Prokrino is not directed at children and — as with all users — collects no data from anyone.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability over personal data a company holds about you. Afterwork Studio holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to hand over or delete: your data exists only on your own device, fully under your control. Deleting the app deletes its data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
